are you looking to make it into a show truck i would never buy Integy stuff is brittle from what i have been told and your looking at breaking more stuff than just a arm. The rd twin pipe i have seen if u plug one hole its easier to tune and holds the tune better.

they say integy is a soft soft aluminum... I'm sure more people will chime in and explain.. i do think getting aluminum upgrades is good for the jato because the front end is sooo light... i want a wing on mine sooo bad... post pics when you get the wing i wanna see !!

Wow!... Really now... I didn't know dat... Wha manufacturers r good for aluminum/titanium parts?...

I'm going for more show then n e thing... With some light bashing here n there...

I've read u don't want 2 many parts metal dat others more expensive parts will break easier... So my question iz... Da parts I've chosen r good replacements?...

I will deff post some pic as parts come in!

Thanx again 4 ur input guys!

i would stay away from the rear shocktower mount thats aluminum i had one on my jato and any hard landing would break the mounts on the transmission.

Does any 1 know if Golden Horizons is a better choice over integy????

GH front arms, integy lower and upper bulkhead, and integy rear A arms all are strong.

I bend my chassis and break the pins that hold the A arms on now and it takes a heck of a blow before that happens.

I don't like the integy front spindles i dont like how there stops are made.

and the Integy Steel Telescopic Universal Drive Shafts are alright i had to do some sanding to get them to fit the bearings but once on i have not had any problems.

*EDIT*
also to note if you want to be able to lower your car the integy Front A armsdon't have the tab that you drill and tap

New Era has quite a few real good Jato parts and I can tell you the work well first hand. I recomend the chassis supports unles you want 2 Jato's.lol Also that RDLogigs pipe is a No Go. I had one and it was way to loud and it never held a tune worth a crap. I opted for a Vantage C/F pipe and have since added ones to my Revo and Tmaxx I liked em so much. I wouls stay away from all thing Integy except there tools. I have awing mounted on both my Jato's and can post you a pic if you wanna see how they fit. I like the way it looks and works but it has cost me a couple of trans cases in real hard inpacts. ENjoy the build.l8r,w.

I've hear a lot of ppl putting down da rd pipe... I've also heard it works so much better if I plug up 1 side... As I'm going for a really nice show truck how do u guys suggest I go about doing dat?

If you like it then get it. I would probably seal it of with some Hi Temp Oil resistant RTV silicone sealent when it is brand new.Go for it.

Yes the RD Logics dual exhaust is a PITA to tune. It looks good but performs bad. Silly to me to buy a dual exhaust to have to plug one hole to get it to work right. That is just me though. THS makes a really good pipe for the 3.3. GH make very good aluminum parts. some of the hardest alloy out there. VERY strong...almost to a fault. But I will never complain about that at all.

The RD pipe is not tuned so you can stand to lose 20% in power, it also doesn't provide enough back pressure hence plugging off one of the stingers to help it to tune better. Also with the first tail end crash it will most likely get damaged, but if your just going for show it does look nice. If performance is what you want, I can assure you that one of my pipes will outperform anything else that is available to you, they just cost a little more :)

So just an update... I know not day best pic but my battery was dying so no flash...

The Jaco tires are all glued and trued foam tires. You cannot put the Imex tires on the Jaco rims. I actually have the Imex Skulls and Beys on my Jato 2.5R. Here is a pic for you.
