Jato 3.3

i have a jato 3.3 and it wont idle, it just shuts off once it gets hot. it may be the glow plug but I'm not so sure because the motor is making a rattling noise. i checked the electric start and thats not it. bearing or piston rod maybe. any advice?

What do you consider "hot"? My Jato runs @235 which I found optimal for my truck. Do you mean it shuts down after a minute or 2, or when you run WOT, then get off the gas and it dies?
The rattling noise is probably the clutch bell, not to worry.
