The idle screw is turned down but its still revving high and when I leave it for a second it must climb to about 5k rpms and as soon as I hit the gas it dies now I am still on traxxas break in I am not able to break in because this problem I need help

What's the setting for the high speed and low speed? If either of those is overly lean, it will also cause it to rev high even at idle.
