the muffler on my volcano is messed up and i have no clue what is wrong with it. i have had it for a couple of months and the engine ran fine bbut now when i run and accelerate it sounds like it is bogged down. it also loses alot of power. and then i found a ton of oil along the bottom of the muffler. i took apart the muffler and cleaned it out and tightened the screws as tight as they would go, that was about half a week ago then yesterday i realized that the oil had come back.
any clue on whats wrong with it?????????:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\

The oil is from your fuel obviously. run a better fuel with lower oil content. Your bogging issue is tuning related. If it revs up some then dies out when the car is warm, the HSN is too lean. Richen it up 1/4 turn and see if the problem goes away.
If it accelerates reallly slow and does not want wind up, the engine is too rich on the HSN.
As far as oil collecting in the pipe, that's normal to an extent. Make sure the stinger on the pipe is pointing downwards slightly so the oil can run out.
I'm willing to bet the HSN is too lean and the LSN is too rich on your engine.

can it still happen when the only fuel i have ever ran through it is the same as now. i always use o'neal 20% and nothig else and have never had problems until now. and the oil is on the outside of the muffler.

Check the silicon coupler that connects the exhaust header to the tuned pipe.

Oil on the outside, that's a different story. Check the coupler like the other guys said.
If the pipe is leaking any where, then it needs to be replaced. That will make it impossible to tune and cause you to burn up your engine.

so if i run it as is then can it seriuosly damage my engine?
and the coupler is fine cause it tied it up with metal wire and secured it very tightly. is it possible that it could be cracked?

just because it is tied doesn't mean that the coupler is tight and sealed good
the exaust could be belowing by where the muffler and coupleing fit together not the header and coupling.just a thought

my guess is with the low speed needle set too rich.. mine was like that once.. lean the lsn a tad.. then richen the hsn..

Check your tune for sure. Mine did the same thing when I first got it. It bogged down and was spitting out fuel/oil. It was set way too rich. Now it's super fast and no dripping out the exhaust. If you don't have a temp gun, get one ASAP and use it to set the hsn/lsn.

if u mean will the engine being rich or spitting fuel will hurt it.. the answer is no.. always better to have too much fuel or be too rich than to blow ur motor being too lean or hot. u should b good.

An overly rich engine can be just as bad as a lean one. Excess fuel means extra stress on the rod, bearings ect... If it isn't right it isn't good.

ok thx i think i will get a new stock muffler and coupler and then tune it wich should fix all the problems.
