I went up to Johnson City yesterday. That's getting dangerously close to digger territory. DAMN it was cold up there!
On Rt. 81, headed back, I passed up almost 3 months worth of venison steaks along with an assortment of small appetizers.
The appetizers were not much thicker than the spatula needed to pick them up. another few days and they'll be jerky.
