Oh my gosh I can't wait! A big step up from the 1/18 scale ECX Ruckus my little brother and I used to run. Those things were fun, but not very durable. They're also in pieces now lol.

Heck yeah! Your going to have some fun with that!
Oh yeah! I didn't buy it from my local hobby store, but I'm buying batteries from them. They said they will let me test fit batteries before I buy them to make sure they will fit.

My experience with arrma is they build a truck that can take a beating. Looks like a good time, congrats!

It arrived! Unfortunately, I'm at Cracker Barrel right now, so I can't open it up yet. I'll post pictures later and maybe a video. Can't run until Tuesday after work because my LHS is closed on Sunday and Monday and closed at 5 today. My lightsaber handle replacement arrived as well.

I forgot to update this. Yesterday I bought a 3s LiPo, 5000mAh. I'm going to buy two 4s LiPos and a faster charger charger in a few weeks, because I get 20 minutes of run time and an hour and ten minutes of charge time. I absolutely love this thing. It's fast, but also controllable. It doesn't steer too well at higher speeds because the front wheel on the side you're turning towards lifts off the ground, but the brake feature helps. I accidentally ran intoy ankle yesterday, but it wasn't going fast so I'm okay. Anyways, questions.

First, I noticed my charger charges the battery to 4 volts per cell and then jumps to 4.20 and says full, even though when I plug it into my low voltage monitor it displays 4.0. Any idea why this is happening?
Second, I want to get these batteries, but I'm kinda skeptical. The dimensions are the same as these batteries, but the first ones are 600mAh bigger than the second ones, and somehow the same size. I don't know how all of that stuff works, but is that possible? Can they really cram another 600mAh into the same size battery?
