I brought a VH-A6 Lambo body nitro on road car. As I was running in the engin over the weekend the batter flew off the clip and I lost connection between the control and car, this caused the car to rev at high speed and heated up. The cluch area snapped which I am getting parts for but can anyone else people help with what else I might need to change or do with thyis. Also can you please advise if the VH-A6 is a good design...

I don't know about that vehicle for quality/design but for your problem you need a good throttle return spring and Fail-Safe.
