is this normal

hi with my savage x 4.6 when i start it then finish it when i take out the glow plug some smoke comes out throught the hole where the glow plug is supposed, to be is this normal?

Yeah, although it may indicate it's running a bit lean.

i dont hink its lean because i didnt stard to tune it.Also when its rich there is come smoke comming out of the engine head near the glow plug.when i stop it the smoke still come out for about 10 seconds then stops.Is this normal to?also it makes a whistling sound at full throttle.=(

Nothing should be coming out of the engine head. Sounds like there might be a leak.

edit: Whoops I thought you said that smoke was coming up while the plug was still in.

Is the little copper o-ring still on the glow plug?

Thats normal ,thats a combustion chamber and in the chamber the fuel is mixed with air to create a mini explosion and in that explosion it moves the piston up and down and of course there is going to be smoke in there. That is just residual exhaust fumes once the engine stops there is no more pressure to push out the excess fumes so it just sits in there and will eventually make its way out the pipe.It is exhaust fumes that are trapped ,nothing to worry about.

thanks alot for the help.when i took my savage x 4.6 for tuning somthing happend.at full half and quartor throttle it makes a whistling sound for somewhere.It also only goes like 5mph at full throttle.(TO MUCH STINKING PROBLEMS)
