Is this normal with this set up after one battery? Man am I gonna have to invest into some RC wheel stocks?

I don't drive on asphalt so I'm only guessing. Would adjusted the excessive toe (and camber) help make the tires last longer? I wouldn't think you would need your "on-road" alignment as aggressive as an "off-road" alignment.
From the OP's picture both the toe-in and the toe-out look like a lot compared to how my trucks are.

My tc and minis will do that on 3s. Maybe adjust the throttle or punch settings on the esc?

At this point maybe some tire sauce for so e grip?

Many brands of cheap RTR wheels don't offer proper foam inserts and the tires tend to go bald within minutes of use.

If you want more wear life and arguably one of the best quality tires you can get, then I would recommend USGT premounts:

Back when I used to race 21.5T USGT on prepped parking lot asphalt, a set of these tires would typically last around a full hour of run time using WD40 as tire sauce to improve grip ;)
