Hi, i've a tamiya TG10-Mk1, but it's actually stoped because it has no engine.
I'm trying to put it running, and i want to buy a cheap engine, is this one good ?

I no that's this engine can't be good, but i've a Ntc3 and a T-Maxx, so i'll only buy it, just to have the car ready to run ...

thanks.

P.S.: Sorry for my English :\

not sure of the mill but you can get a wasp 18 for 10 dollars more....I will look for a linky..

They can fit into a NTC3 so better ask your LHS or ask around here. They crank case should not be much larger.

Here's a Orion Wasp 18. It's got a short crank, so I'm not sure if it will work for you. The bolt pattern shouldn't be a problem. I put one in my maxx after trying an OS 15 cv-r(x) without to many issues. It's a slide carb though. That may make your throttle linkage be an issue. The orion 18 with rotory carb has been discontinued.

yeah friend "had" one in his maxx, til he messed the front crank bearing up. when it was running it was a sweet engine. With the setup he had in truck he would gun it and it would roll on to the side tires on ride on them instead of wheeling on the rear tires. the engine is definally worth the money IMO.
