i was out today and i was jumping my sc10 around, 15-20 feet over and over, and soon enough snap! so i broke the front of the chassis just infront of the servo, and the upper brace as well.

before i buy a new chassis tomarrow, is there a stronger one i should maybe look at. I'm still new to it and I'm not even sure what brands to look at that may make one.

I've found a rpm front brace, and a carbon fiber ae upper, but can't seem to find a better chassis itself.

ok so i got a new chassis, a carbon fiber top brace, rpm chassis brace and front bumper, aluminum hing pin brace, milled motor plate. got it all together and it works good as new, probly better in durability.

Well the sc10 isn't exactly made for 15-20 ft jumps. It's more of a race truck. But I would get as much RPM Parts on it as you can.

OK.. Jumping 15-20 FT is not too bad... What where you landing on if you where landing on solid asfault / concrete over & over again your just asking for something to break... when I am out bashing my Rig's I jump too but I always make it a point to land on grass / dirt / or loose gravel / mulch.... @ least thouse surfaces soften your landing to an extent..... put everything you can RPM on your rig... I dont know off hand a stronger built chassis for an SC-10...

i wasn't doing anything my slayer pro can't do day in day out. but yea i land on grass in the yard jumping off a snowbank, its fixed now with the rpm brace ect.

The slayer is built to bash or race, the SC10 is a race built truck. Not sure about the SC10, but the B4.x buggies (same chassis, just shorter) had a carbon replacement, you could look for that. Or switch to the Losi XXX-SCT, which has a replaceable front section on the chassis.
