It goes like 30-40 km/h.
Is it enough to start with? can't afford so expensive cars with 25 dollar per month:P
Please answer.

wtf does that mean?
anyway.....
Probaly wanna get a savage or inferno, but can't afford it :(

My advice to you is to wait until you can get what you really want.
If you get the Sandmaster, you'll probably get tired of it because it's not what you really want, so later on you'll get what you really wanted and then wasted all that money on what you really didn't want at all.

Know-wadda-mean-Vern?

I mean i got the sandmaster.
But I wonder if I should buy a new one? or I can go with this for a year or 2?:S
I already got this one a year, but havent drove so much.
But the steering is broken, it like hacks and steer sometimes to he left when it should right. Probaly some water or dirt. gotta buy new one. not the hole car......

but is savage worth waiting for?:S

It sounds like you don't even use with the one you have, so why go out and spend more money on something that you're probably not going to use either?

It's not up to anyone else but yourself to say if you need/want a new truck or not. If you want one go get one!

Umm, yea sure

Nitro_Keebler, ever hear that saying about "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say it at all." Well, since I have been on this forum I have amended it to include the following "If you don't have something helpful or useful to say, don't say it at all."

The guy has this RC already. He does not have much in the way of choice due to cost limitations. Instead of giving him the WTF, you might have given him some help. Just keep that in mind the next time you have a question of your own, and everyone gives you a WTF.

BTW, Harja Welcome to RCNT.

Not everyone reacts in the fashion that Nitro_Keebler did. Gil has brought up a valid point in that you may want to rethink stepping up to a better RC if you do not or can not play with the one you have.

I will add that if you were to step up to a more expensive newer RC, you would probably get more enjoyment out of it and try to make time to play with it. The problem is your income. At $25/month it might take you a while to afford a new RC especialy overseas where the prices are quite elevated when compared to the US.

i use the one I have, it got broken today....
but the sandmaster is quite slow, not so fun.

Do you have a reliable source of replacement parts? If so, then think about fixing the damaged parts and maybe getting a better engine. The real hard part for you is going to be cost. Newer RCs aren't inexpensive, but with a lack of parts support for older RCs you might be forced into saving up for a newer one.

I know some stores yes, but isnt a new engine expesive as a new car?

Depends on the engine. New cars can run from $150-1000 US Dollars. New engines can run from $50-700 US Dollars. It all depends on the size of the engine and what quality you are looking for.

Welcome Harja, If your really looking to have fun in this hobby save your money and get something your going to want to make time for to play with Buggies Rule! Good Luck On THe $$ Issue.

1. I got 0.12 engine so better then that
2. what does a savage cost, cause on the yeard here its some rocks and some "hills" and such, would be fun with an mt that goes fast.

You can find an upgrade .12 or move up to a .15 with a reasonable price. There are a few that are in around $100.

The Savage is rather pricey. The cheapest I have seen it (outside of used Savages on eBay) is about $390 + shipping.

All prices USD.

oh, so much.....
hmm I will reapir this one and save my money and see what I can get for cars in my store.
But anyone ehre had sandmaster+ it aint that fast.

There have been a few mentions of the Sandmaster, mostly from our overseas members. It is not an RC that can be found here in the States unless you really dig hard and then often times it is being shipped from overseas, anyway.

I just did a quick search of the site on the term "sandmaster", the end results are:

The tiny pipe at the end of the engine is an exhaust manifold. You should run with the exhaust pipe similar to the one in the picture. They do two things: improve engine performance and make them a little quieter. They can be fairly inexpensive ranging between $25 - 150 USD. You might find that your engine works a little better and in turn produces more speed out of your buggy. I will say that if you have been running without one for some time, you may find that your engine is in need of replacement.

I was just gonan reply to your old thread but its locked so Ill just post it here. If I was you and was only living off of $25 a month Id probly just get a electric. I know in my case $25 for a month would cover my fuel alone for maybe a whole week. So I thinka electric would be the best alterative and then get a nitro when ya have some ching to spend because there in constantly needing something which equals $$$.
