i think everyone on here will agree that every buggy out there is capable of winning an A main, its just how many months is capable of wining for before it falls to bits on you, or how many dollars you have to put in to it over4 the season to keep it going, we have guys over here that win with lightnings, but there buying a new car every 3 months, you give that driver a mugen or a kyosho, and he will do as well if not better than he did with the mayhem, my point is that you cannot base your buying of a buggy on the fact that one did well in a final !!!!!!!!!!!!Sgt Blamo said:A guy just recently placed 2nd place to a K777 spcl1 in a major A-main at the Dirt Nationals with his Mayhem, beating out two Prospec's and a K777 spcl1's !!! Not bad for a "cheap" already assembled buggy!
You'll love your Mayhem, best buggy in it's price range.

That is what makes this hobby. It takes money, but the underdog wins sometimes.
Yes, this is true, but XTM does a great job with the X-T Deluxe, the RTR is a little weak but the Deluxe is great for its price. Has better towers (5mm), better radio tray and center diff top plate...which are CF than a MP777. I'm sure the MP777 uses better plastics in thier A-Arms and suck but the XTM ones are very strong, probably not quite as light.mikeburgin said:the difference in price is because the materials used are of lower grades and quality

sure it's electric and like 20 years old...still rocks...
I haven't seen anyone on here not love their X-Term, in fact also on the Globalhobby forum I have only seen one person not happy with their X-Term. I have had a single problem with mine and I love it.mikeburgin said:Rtrs are the price they are for a reason, cause there cheap entry level buggies to get people into the sport without the dollars , from what I've seen on here of the xterm not many people are happy with them, you would be one of the few, this is a circle O think outside of it sometimes.
