Integy spur gear

Should i stay with the stock 49t spur gear on my savage or should i change it to a 47t steel spur gear from integy?

If you switch to a steel spur, you have to get a hardened steel clutch bell too.

if integy's spur gears are like there other parts, you might want to save your money and buy the hpi one. I've never had any luck with anything that says.. Integy on it.

If your having problems with plastic spurs, there's another problem. Mainly bad mesh. Bad clutch bearings will eat spurs too.

Yeah I wouldn't waste the money on a steel spur.

I already had the steal spur so i did not spend any money. I just put it on anyway.
