integy clutch problems

I just installed an integy 3 shoe aluminum clutch on my axial 28 t-maxx. It hooks up very well but I cannot get it to idle down enough not to want to lurch forward. This engine has ran in this truck with stock clutch for 1 1/2 gallons and no idling problems. Can I get stronger springs, and or turn the shoes the other way around? Thanks for lookin.

Did you install it all by the manual? Have you tried adjusting your idle needle?

clutch shoes

I bought it at the lhs but no manual was included. I have been looking on the net and pictures show it going both ways. You can install the shoes in either direction. After work today I will try and assemble the shoes the opposite way and see how it works.
