Have you ever messed with Mod Podge on any art projects? I'm curious if the XXX Main stuff is comparable.

I’ve never heard of Mod Podge before. But if it dries clear, it should work

Watch the xxxmain racing video on application They back the paper pics with glue. I did as well. Not sure how bad paint could bleed through vinyl. Then a couple light coats of same color paint

Not the best pics but. Here are couple pics where I used a translucent color and added a pic behind it. The motorcycles and Jessica Simpson pic are applied after a couple of light coats X-men truck before painting
