Insert shifting on beadlock ring

I've got a set of green injora inserts in these and the wheels are wide so the insert slides side to side on the beadlock ring.
What would you use to "secure" the insert in the middle? Pictures show the extremes.

Is the ring sliding or just the insert? Sounds like the insert might be the wrong size?

Ring can't move, it's pinched between the tire beads. The insert is about 1/8" narrower than the beadlock ring so it moves side to side when turning. It's not loose on the ring, the side pressure from turning causes it to slide to one side so then the tire is offset till the opposite turn. I'm curious if someone has an idea to secure the insert to the ring so it doesn't do that anymore.

Ah I gotcha. Double sided tape between the ring and the insert maybe?

If you can find some thin foam to put on each side of the tire foam that would solve it. When you assembled that beadlocks, did you stretch the tire in places so it relaxed into it's free state as close as it can get before tightening the screws?

my injora inserts do this same thing, i just chalked it up to the game and assumed it came with the silicone insert territory. the tpu printed inserts do it also but are stiffer in places so dont do it as badly as the green/blue injora inserts.

i thought about this, but the silicone didnt wanna stick to the tape in my instace sadly, it just slid on it and had the same problem.

Tires are mounted perfectly, it's definitely the insert causing the issue because I can move it side to side to cause the deformation

A dab of glue but then it kinda becomes permanent. Inserts and tires need to be matched, in this case injora inserts with injora tires didnt match very well on the width. You just need a donut shaped piece of foam on one or either side of the insert.

Inserts and tires match just fine, the issue here is the wheel width
