Most? Um well I have not tried all of them but I have ahad good luck with the Ofna micro failsafes. In 1/5 scale a killswitch is even better.

btw those only work with gas engines. If your using nitro you need a fail-safe

I have used ofna micro failsafes, futaba, and venom, and I have never had a problem with any of them. But you absolutely need to use one in my opinion.

Even if you have a built in fail safe in your TX/RX combo? (spektrum DX3s)

I still run one even if I have the built in. I have seen the Spektrum not work before. As was stated below the killswitch only is good on gassers. You can mod a picco switch for $20 or buy the pre-made for $60.
