i gave up trying to grind a screw down manually(sigh)

anyways. what dremel will i neeed and what bit will i need to make a notch in a countersunk screw in the chassis

You will just need a basic dremel and i would just use a cutoff wheel. Not sure what kind of notch you will need but this should do the trick

Dremels rule.

If you're trying to notch a countersunk screw you'll more than likely take away a bit of the chassis with the cutting wheel.

If you want to minimize scarring of the chassis you can make your cutting wheel smaller by running it against a dressing stone.

ok i picked up the dremel and cutting wheel today

got the screw out successfully.

about a half centimeter of raw aluminum on both sides not to bad right? tried to keep the dmg to a minimal
