Welcome to RCNT. What kind of truck/car are you running and what kind of fuel? These two things are need to know's to help recommend a glow plug? As far as upgrades that also depends of type of rig you run and how you run it. E.G. on road, off road, lots of jumps, quick turning etc etc.

I got the volcano s30... I'm going to do alot of off road and probably alot of jumps... and i use 20% fuel

Redcat has an upgrade kit for it and not alot else for it out there.
the kit is around $100 in ebay and has shocks, pipe and I forgot what else.
go for that.
Actually got to run a whole tank and a half out of the s30 today and it done good . It has the upgrade kit on it.

That truck requires a "hot turbo head" glow plug, as far as what brands of plug that will depend on what you LHS stocks. With regards to that upgrade kit mentioned above:

Be wary of using the aluminum a arms. A arms take a lot of abuse during bashing and aluminum bends but does not flex, my point is that one decent wreck and your a arms are toast, whereas plastic tends to take several hits before being trashed.

Well from that kit, you can use the a arms but definitely keep the stock plastic as replacements if/when the aluminum ones bend.
