Buy some toys for sure. But figure out some business to start too.
Interesting number, why $2 million and not 1 or 10? 
If I ever received a windfall would be to pay off the house, set aside some for additional charity giving, and then invest the rest.

I was going to say, no way in heck i'd buy that with only 2 million, even it was enough I wouldn't want to take out personal loans for oil changes (you can't do your own on a veyron), house mortgage for tires, and then resort to crime when a brake job comes up.
I'd start with a 2004 5spd Forester XT, have my mechanic friend build the engine for me so it's reliable and plenty fast, then do all the other fun stuff myself.
Get a nice 1/5 scale RC
edit: I figured the "sensible" things go against the point of the game, but yes, those would have to come first.
Buy a house I could afford without it, put $50k in a slush fund, invest the rest.
$2M doesn't get you far these days. $20M... I'd do the same, but probably retire.
