I bought a fail safe with him almost a month ago, still no fail safe and won't return my emails. Now I get to go through the bs of filing a claim...Like thats going to do any good. I wish I lived closer to him I'd like to :boxing:

How do you get someone personal info off of ebay?

Well the fail safe showed up today, post marked two days after I paid for it. Looks like the post office had a lot of trouble in Dec. If he would have just responded to my one simple question things wouldn't have had to go the way they did. I simply asked him if it had been shipped, if he would have replied I would have waited with a little more patience.

After looking through his feedback, he makes a habit of not responding to e-mails. 21 negatives in the last 12 months is not good. He may have came through for you, but you may want to reconsider buying from him again. It appears you are SOL if you have a problem with your purchase.

I once recevied an item 3 months after I paid for it. The seller swore he had shipped it but refunded my money plus some. I emailed the guy about it and refunded his money back to him. This all took part in the middle of 2005 and not during a holiday season. It was pretty weird for sure. I'm currently in the process of about to file on a wrong shippment order. I got something else instead of what he claimed to be selling. I sent an email last week with zero reponce. I'll send another one next Monday. That following Sunday I'll file a complaint for sure if I don't get a responce.

As for Holiday sales, I found most ebay sellers mentioned you may experince delays due to the Holidays. This person should have stated that and returned atleast one email. In the future if you want to file a on a seller, go through Paypal if that was how you paid the person. I've had tons of good luck with them over the years. It takes about a month and you aslo can chancel the complain in that period just incase the item arrives or you two work it out.

Don't worry I'm not messing with him again and I stick by my warning, Don't buy from this guy. He could have saved himself a lot of trouble and probably some neg feedback with a simple reply.
