hsn=High speed needle. Set it flush. lsn= low speed needle. I don't believe he was making fun of you. The low speed needle settings are more or less user experience. That's all.

Found some old info... not sure of the validity:

Last post on that page:
I got myself one of these little gems too.
It hasn't been fitted, but I did get an instruction manual with it

I believe they provide the carb at "factory settings", they don't detail what the factory settings actually are.
From what I've heard it's more or less what I've listed below:

LSN: 2-1/2 turns out
HSN 7 turns out

Sirio recommend you richen it out for initial break-in, they also state that you must run 5 tanks or more at low throttle (idle)
Most Sirio converts inform me that it takes in excess of a gallon of fuel to break in properly.
They also tell me the more it gets closer to break in, the cooler it actually runs, about 230°F! That's a lot lower than the original TRX 2.5!

Seal it, start it, tune it. Sure hope this helps. You need to loosen up bro. Gettin pissy because nobody wants your worn out rigs, jumpin on 2revo after he answered a question for ya. Sheesh.

I thought you were getting out of the hobby?...and I wasn't trying to be a peepee, so loosen up.

sirio tx-18 good engine use the turbo head and right pipe and it will smoke a 3.3.Good thing aboult this engine the more u run it the better it gets.and it holds a tune very well.

My 27 has about 4 gallons now, and recentlty survived a half tank of dusty running with a missing filter.....Still screams. I wish they still made them.

I just saw some on one of the websites the other day not the .18 like i have, but saw some sirio motors
