Wow, I'm sure that engine could get the right power but as Error said...RPM is a big problem. Could an twin engine car work just as good? I was also curious but On a diffrent fourm i heard of a Nitro/Electric Hybrid. I dont think that would be good considering the...well...Batteries and Gas. But, I still think nitros are way better considering realisticness and speed. For a amature, nitros are way cooler. I think a nitro with a good powerplant would beat most electrcics on a track, if he could get the weight factor down.

I think that even if the RPMs arent there but you have alot of HP you could compensate for that with the right gearing.

here's what you do. Take the most free drivetrain 1/10th chassis. Drop the weight as much as you can by using titanium. Get the best bearings. Put a high revving .21. Custom gears. And top it off with a stratus body and it will be broken. Also, use the highest nitro content you can find since you're all about breaking records, who cares about engine life?

agreed top of the line nitro against top of the line electric nitro is faster. Remeber Tether Cars? Like 200 mph nitro cars going in a circle................
