Okay i amlost had my car running today. I had put a whole new lightwieght flywheel and a new clucth. Because the one the spring was bad. I had new screws for my engine mount. So i went today to start it up. It started like the second try. But then it will shut of like if there was no fuel runing threw. So what i did was started it up again and when i knew it was going to shut off i pump more fuel and it stood on. So i guess i dont have fuel runing to my carb. So this mean i need a new gas tank.

Before you go replacing your tank, check a few things. If you made a big change to a lightweight flywheel and new clutch, you may need to readjust your idle. The lightweight flywheel doesn't have as much rotating mass which is nice for the clutch hit, but it affects your idle because there's not as much weight to keep the crank spinning. Turn the idle stop screw in a bit and see if that helps keep it running. Also advance your throttle trim when you first start it and see if that will keep it going. And lastly, it sounds like you're using a tank that has a primer button on it. In many cases, that primer can lose seal and you'll get an airleak which will limit the amount of fuel going to the carb. If the tank has been used a lot, you may want to consider removing the primer button and sealing it so there are no potential leaks.

Try richening your HSN just a little bit also if the idle screw doesn't fix it.
