hey i got a Q for u. i took and put a nitro rustler tank on my maxx and since i got the .21 chassis i got a bit more room. i am planning on racing this year and i am pretty sure that one of those little tanks arent going to cut it. i just need to know how to rig the fuel tubing up. like what end goes where to get it just right.

U run the fuel tubing like this. from the exhaust to the the pressure nipple of tank #1. then from the fuel pickup on tank #1 to the pressure nipple of tank #2. then from the fuel pick up of tank #2 to the carb.

nice man, but do you have any problems with fuel flow, because i tried it on my rush, and it ran funky.

no problems here. i haev done dueal gas tanks on my sportmaxx and on my Nitro Stampede(i was the first). my vehicals have ran great, and long with the dual gas tanks. with the gas tanks hooked up this way its liek the first fuel tank keep getting filled up by the 2nd one.

I have a hard enough time keeping 1 tank from breaking, let alone 2. Just snapped another one all to hell last night. It was a bad wreck, but that makes 8... stupid plastic.

yeaive broken my share of tanks also I'm hopin i dont break the one on the back the first time out with it

ill tell you how it works out once i get my new engine mount in and go ou for a good da of bashing

Olds - Sup dude, You seriously need to get an alluminum tank bro. That's gotta be getting expensive.

I have an aluminum one. It has a screw cap. It sucks.

I cut the neck out of the standard tank that broke and i'm attempting to jb-weld it onto the slimline aluminum tank so i can have a flip top. It isn't going to be near as pretty, but who the hell wants pretty.

yea just a little bit, i still have to change the 1 fuel line that is orange. I never noticed it running lean, if anything a little rich. i dont have air bubbles and foamy fuel. i have never had a problem with it.
