Content. Videos require action. You're not going to retain the attention of new viewers without building reliably interesting content. Tuning videos are kind of a small niche. You're not going to grab new viewers with tuning tips. Now, if you were to show your rc running around a track before and after with a significant visible difference in performance, you'd grab viewers with that.
People watch yt for entertainment. Entertain them, and they will come.
