I just bought a new digital camera a few weeks ago and I can say that it definately rocks.

Very nice images EP...

Whudja get?

That first photo's cool. I'm guessing you resized it about 20% to make it post-friendly?

It was 3.1mp and I reduced it I think to 29% it's original size. You should see the detail in the original pic. Also in the 3rd pic you can see the rainbow colors in Guapo's skin which I had never seen in a pic before, only in person with the right light.

I bought a Kodak DX7630 6.1mp. It's definately not a top of the line camera but it presently suits my needs.

The cool thing about the middle pic is that the camera has a feature to illuminate the background in low light conditions. The camera flashes once and takes the foreground then flashes brighter to record the background, or somewhere along those lines.

If you look really closely in the eye you can see me taking the pic and the clouds in the sky.

My company bought about a half dozen of another EasyShare camera model for project managers and sales guys. From an IT standpoint we like 'em because XP doesn't require any drivers. Just plug the usb cable into the side of the camera and it reads like a drive.

So did you buy an additional flash card? We want to see some nitro video from it, of course.

aww such a pretty snake! i myself have a ball python and id have to say that camera is awsome its very clear i can't seem to figure out my moms cam she takes awsome pics with it but mine alwaysd come out fuzzy in either the target or the backround

Flash card? You mean memory card? I have a half a dozen 512mb memory cards laying around the house that now have a home. A 512 will take like 50 minutes of mp4 video on that camera.

The screwed up part about the whole thing is that a year ago I was looking for a purely digital video camera that used no tape just saved everything onto a card. I found a camera and it ended out using tape and a card but the videos sucked if you recorded it onto a card so I was stuck doing the tape thing. Now a year later I buy a camera for the camera functions and it takes better card video than my video camera does. Go figure...

50 minutes??? Man, that's nuts. Mine only does 8 minutes for 512M and the quality isn't that great. I think mine are MPG1, but I'm not sure.

What camera is it?

I don't care for snakes much, but those are some nice shots.
