the Rotostart thats on the MT2 (T-15) RTR kit will fit the 18SS. I have the rotostart from my T-15 but I prefer the pull start. I hate carrying that damn rotostart with me.

I set up my rc10gt for my starterbox and it works fine with the stock ps engine... Just kinda tuff to align it..

someone needs to make a pull start with roto start socket.. and make the rope like kevlar or 200lb fishing string.. and make it bumpable so no matter what you can start your damn car!!!! lol i had one break on my buggy yesterday.. just got it put together and was running nekkid so i could tune it and the pull rope got caught on something and broke.. luckaly i had another one..but ima restring the broke one for a backup..

Ya you can definatly use a starter box on a moter with a p.s. Some are harder to align than others but its doable. Do it on my hyper 7 all the time.

I'm using a kevlar bonded line for my pullstart and so far it is holding up very nicely. Check ebay they have them for around $2 for a 5 foot length. I purchased the one that is rated at 400#.

I always used to hate pullstarts until i got the Sh28 and i had no choice but to use the pullstart.
But i get on with them alright now, I see lots of people breaking them, Due to over extending the pullcord, Or the pullstart drying up, So i always give mine a squirt if WD40 and i make sure i never extend the pullstart.
