Whenever I try to start my RC10GT, the rpm doesn't rise whenever I open the throttle. Also I tried setting everything on the carburator back to factory settings but it still doesn't run.

That could be a number of things.....A glow plug going bad....airleaks in your fuel lines....clogged carb and or fuel lines....you motor could need sealed....dirty air filter....air leaking through the tank lid....the list goes on and on....Try this thread

This is more for tuning in an engine but also will help in eliminating problems. Unless we have a better description of everything you have/ have not tried or any wrecks damage ect. this is the best thing to follow. best of luck.

When I start it, I can't control the throttle at all. It's like it's stuck on one speed

When the engine is NOT running, turn on the Rx and Tx and check the full motion of the carb with the air cleaner off. It should go full throttle, fully open, to idle, open about 2mm. When you know the linkage, servo and throttle slide are all working correctly, start it and check it again.

Ok when I checked everything The nut around the LSN was loose so I set everything and it looks like it's moving correctly but when I try to pull start it it's really difficult, it may be flooded but I'm not sure. And by the way thanks to everybody that's helped me so far, I really appreciate it.
