I ordered directly from their website back in September and they shipped out after 1 1/2 to 2 days after I ordered them. Don't know which wharehouse they came from. I think the US one.The stupid things won’t ship

They “shipped” but they don’t have an ETA. And the charger I ordered got delivered to Richmond Kentucky 
. So I have to try to get that resolved Monday it’s just kind of disappointing.
