The pack probably has a bad cell in it.

It happens now and again.
I stay away from e-bay $9.99 humps.
Get a good one from your LHS and you should be fine.
If you need one for this weekend I have a triangle configuration (3-2) you can have.

will it fit in a savage and i spent 25 bucks on this one from my lhs like 6 months agoits a peak racing blitz 1200

Not sure, don't have a Savage
Its 3 batteries wide with 20 on top.

the 3-2 configuration will fit in a savage. That's what my brother uses.

Its on the charger now. Looks like it should be fine.
I had a deans plug on it so I soldered a new cord on it so it will work in your Savage.
I hope its long enough. Is your RX in the same compartment as your battery?
