Igor,
That setup system in your link is the older version. With the new setup station, the blocks are more open so it can be used with the NTC3.
When using the first version of the NTC3, toe was adjusted with rear turnbuckles and I THINK (it's been a while) a lower pillow ball in the rear. With the version2 of the NTC3, the rear turnbuckles were eliminated for a more updated way to adjust track width and toe via 2 pillow balls at the bottom.
When using the older HUDY system, the gauges in the rear did need to be slightly modified. This could be done with the use of a dremel and appropriate grinding stone.
The upper hole had to be enlarged so you could get a clearer shot to the camber adjustment. The bottom had to be elongated for access to the lower pillow balls in order to adjust toe and track width. Easiest way to do it was to mark what needed to be ground away with a sharpie. On the bottoms adjustments, I marked accordingly and made it as clean as possible. Basically, I elongated the curve.
If you are having trouble picturing this in your head, let me know. I will take a picture of the modifications I did to my setup board. If you just purchase the newer system that uses the metal gauge, there will be no need to modify since everything is accessible.
