I need help with choosing from a 1/10 or 1/8 scale nitro rc buggy.I want one that would be good for doing jumps and tricks not racing.
I am looking on ebay at one of the 1/10 scale nitro rc buggy (HSP,warhead) and was wondering if that was good for jumping. Also it says to use 15% nitro but what should i use for speed and more jumping.

send me a reply plz!

nitro rc buggy

IF you want to do jumps/tricks,you're going to need good parts support. From what I've read HSP are not good/reliable and parts are tougher to get.

what brand should i buy and i have $170.00 thats it?

If u wanna jump and bash the hell out of your truck, I'm assuming by tricks you mean flips and stuff you would probably wanna go bigger then 1/10. The bigger you go the less chance of things breaking etc for $170 your truck will prob break the first time u jump it.

Avoid HSP!!!! My friend recently got a brushless buggy. The buggy is so flimsy that it breaks constantly. The first break was an A arm. It broke during a three foot high jump with a perfect landing. Id hate to see the damage with the extra nitro weight!! Also like Racer 1966 said, parts are hard to come buy.
