HPI TF-1 Help

Hello,

I have recently purchased a HPI TF-1 Transmitter/Receiver combo, when the transmitter is turned on the battery light blinks, Can someone please tell me what this means. Thanks

The batteries are low.

but i just replaced them w/ new ones

One more question. What does the d/r knob do?

It's Steering Dual Rate. You can adjust the amount of servo movement.
