Hjälp. Which of those is the screw that adjusts when to change to 2nd gear? under one screw is a spring and ball, and under another screw is another screw that I didn't touch.

The spring-and-ball is the set screw to adjust, that's setting the tension on the shift clutch. Tighter = higher shift point.

If the other screw is very tight ,then dont touch it ,because that maybe the
set screw that holds the 2 spd hub onto the shaft!
