SOLD - HPI RS4 Nitro MT Roller w/tq3 xmitter/rcvr
***** SOLD *****
Hey everyone, it's up for sale again. I got a buggy, which is what I should have got in the first place, so now I will definitely let this sucker go! I closed the thread before because I didn't have any takers. Maybe it was the price (although, it was negotiable)
I've tore it down, re-filled the shocks (a couple were a little low), cleaned it end to end and have it ready to ship. The diffs have been inspected, cleaned and re-packed with axle grease. I have the stock tires/rims that look like crap but are still completely usable. I'm including a full set of glued Losi step pins on RPM wheels that have been run about 4 tanks worth. There's a skid plate on it made of 3/16 cold rolled steel that I made for it, but never ran it afterwards. Also, there's a chassis stiffener made of the same 3/16" steel that keeps the engine and center diff solid to one another, which really helps with chassis flex tearing up spur gears. Granted, the skid and chassis plate are made by me, on my dining room table with a jig saw and dremel, so it's not as pleasing to the eye as you may wish, but they do come off. I'll have no use for them, so I'll be selling it with them installed. I also replaced all screws (I think all of them) with 3mm black oxide machine screws. I hate Phillips heads...
It will come with a Traxxas tq3 radio and receiver, but no servo's or engine. The stock pipe and header are also included. On the pipe, the little ear that used to hold it on broke, so I made a typical wire hanger to hold the pipe. Other than a little slop in the steering, it's completely drivable with an engine and servo's. I'm also including all parts that are in the pics below.
Here's a link to tower that is a search of all parts for this thing:Tower Search for All parts
