Hpi quad body.

I have a HPI Quad Body & Rider. But it doesn't fit the body posts on my savage X. Anybody know why? Or how i can make it fit.??

That body was made to fit the ancient E-Savage which has twin 550 sized motors on it. Thats why the body says "Twin 550" on it.

Your right it was made for the E-Savage but it will fit the Savage X. Here's mine.

What body posts or mounts are you using ?

The standard long posts for the savage mate. Need the long one at the back but the short will do for the front. It does sit a little higher than normal due to the lack of the bugle in the seat for the cooling head but not to much.

You do need to remove the rollbar from the truck aswell. The Quad never had it.

Where can you find those body shells? I want to find a quad shell for my Traxxas stampede 4x4. A UTV shell would also work. I found a UTV shell on JConcepts but it's for the slash.
