I did't see it on the HPI site under support any longer.
However you can find most mfg's engines cheaper on eBay then you could get them by going though their exchange programs.

No idea on the current state of exchange program. From what I remember, it wasn't cheap.
That said, If I needed a new engine and wanted to stay with the brand name instead of OS or whoever, I would check out ebay chop shops. I've had great success with a couple different ones. I've bought a lot from 1 in particular. I wont say who he is, as I don't know how the powers that be feel about such things, but I can pm the info if you want it.
