hpi .18 for RS4 EVO

does anybody know if HPI has released the new .18 that supposed to drop right in to the rs4 evo do you guys know when it will release... are there any other engines that i can put into my EVo?

Fridge there are plenty of engine choices you can put in your evo. The new 18SS seems like a great choice. I understand it to be a direct drop in. There are others that will work as well and will probably offer the same power if not more.

what engine would you recommend? I was thinking about getting this hpi .18 aswell, but I'm going to wait for the os .18 to come out to decide which one I should get. Right now I have a os cv .15. It has plenty of power for my rs4 mini, but if this only puts out .68bhp and the .18 are looking to push around 1.5, I can only imagine how fast it will be and how much money i will spend breaking parts.

But back to my original question, what engine would you recommend? I'm not racing my car, right now, but I might in the future. For now I'm just bashing it around up and down my street. Ofcourse I want to most power possible, but parts have to be readily available and reliability ofcourse.
