I only had 2 days instead of 3, but the way i look at it next weekend will be 3, two day weekends in a row.....anyhow our weekend was awesome, i had no issues with the rail and the captin morgan and dr. pepper was smooth around the camp fire, I had just enough to make me sleep like a baby each night, but not enough to be hung over....it rained like hell the night we got there so there was mud everywhere and NO DUST.... I would love to do it again this weekend....hmmmmm might not be a back idea. I will post a couple of pics i took before we left, as soon as i upload the pictures from the camcorder to the laptop

Well me and Mark, Makers Mark that is, spent some time together as well over the weekend. Spent some time with a few friends on Saturday and spent most of Sunday running the Slash.

I too also have another long weekend coming up as I'm off on Friday and driving up to Indy for the weekend to watch the Figure 8 Championship race the hold each year (http://speedrome.com/).

I had to go back to work today so I could rest. Pretty busy weekend, had a couple of birthday parties to go to. Took the kids to the observatory, got to see Jupiter through their telescope, it was pretty cool. Ran the Revo some on Saturday and then a few tanks yesterday. Spent most of yesterday starting some landscaping projects, removing some old concrete blocks. That was more of a workout than going to the gym.

Not too bad really. Took the family to a local fair yesterday. Chase got his first taste of cotton candy :) I bashed my Lazer around some in the backyard, Chase ran his Wheely King a bunch. With the exception of the fair it was a pretty normal weekend, just one day longer. Nice though.

Raced the Slash on Saturday and found the weak spot which is the crap stock servo saver. Also was able to run on the facilities permanent on-road track which was smooth as butter.

Had some charred animal flesh on Sunday in the backyard with family.

Layed around on my butt all day yesterday playing video games.

Slash racing on Saturday and burned up the stock motor. Fortunately I was able to go get a new one from HobbyTown in time to make the A-main.

Insulated the Man Cave on Sunday, then drywalled half of it on Monday. Quit a little early to go to a BBQ.

Taking the family to the beach today to catch some rays. I'm going to drop a brushless in the Slash and see how she does.

kinda lame weekend myself, i crawled on sunday but its been down in the 60's here the last couple days wich takes out all the fun of doing anything.

I went to the coast for a family reunion and it was ok except the fact that the first day I pulled a muscle in my back playing volleyball and then sunday night I got the flu. Spent 5 hours in a car the next day on the windiest road in the world. It was bad.

Camped for two days. Got a sore back and developed a pungent odder.

Had my lifetime friend and his wife here for 5 days. Ate like a pig, day after day. Today, went to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There were well over a thousand custom cars, stock cars, rat rods, hot rods and classics. An absolutely intense car show in every parking lot, going on for a couple of miles.
Bright sunshine, beautiful weather and great company. Couldn't have asked for more.

Fished saturday and worked my butt off for what little we caught that day, went home and crashed out, then went fishing again lol.
