The way i always do it is make a http://photobucket.com/ account. Upload your pic's and use the Insert button when posting. Plus if you have a myspace account you can upload pic's on it with photobucket.

also imageshack.us is very simple, and once you upload it will give you the link to copy and paste to make your pic show up.
