Hi,

So its been a while since having my ntiro car out, like 6 yrs. Engine was seized, took off the back of crank case and glow plug and poured in some good carb cleaner. It wasn't 2 hrs and i had the crank spinning again.

I didn't force the crank to spin when it was seized, but i noticed the clutch assembly was only loosly connected to the crankshaft. Here's a pic of my setup from the assembly manual.

Basically, what the problem is now is that piece 86021 is spinning almost freely, because A805 is not tight enough. Problem is that I can't remove or tighting A805 because it is threadlocked on from 6 yrs ago. Since the crank spins (obviously), I don't even remember how I tightened this in the first place.

Any idea how I can loosen then re-tighten A805 so that 86021 stops spinning.

Sorry for the ambiguous part numbers.. I don't now the real names so please check out the parts diagram I linked to.

Thanks.
Brian

ahh ha! thinking outside of the box, or at least thinking outside of the crankcase. Since I had the back cover off to clean the lower engine, that short back crankshaft is still just lying on my workbench. will reinstall and try your suggestion, thanks!
