How to put 1/10 tires on min-t

Hello does anyone know how to put 1/10 wheels and tires on a mini t? I recently seem an adaptor that you can use, but i can not find it. But I know there must be a way to 1/10 wheels and tires on a mini-t. Also i am trying to fit this onto a mini quake as well.

i used my rs4 3 hexes and just sliped them on over the back pins and for the front i bored it out a little. oh and use washers

but the thing is, is that the axle diameter is smaller on 1/18 vehicles.
