Ok. I have a free day today and proly next week so i can cycle my batts. How many times do yall think I will need to charge/discharge them (in my truck)? They havent been used in quite a while, proly around 3-5 weeks, and i have kept them fully charge at the end of each week. Any estimates?

Three times is the recommended dosage.
Just make sure they are COMPLETELY cooled down to room temperature before each charge or discharge.

After three cycles will they be back to good performance. I just did one right now and they are very slow and the runtime was kinda short.

Ralph nailed this right here. Those cells MUST be ambient temperature before you start charging again. Do NOT trust the feel of the pack when you touch it. The cells will still be warm inside once they start to feel "cool". IMO, give them an hour of downtime after discharge before you bring them up again.
