It depends on engine, tune and pipe. I have a Mugen X12 that will drink fuel like a camel after 2 weeks without water. No matter how it's tuned (even at optimum) it will barely make 5 minutes on a standard length of fuel and 75cc tank. I had to put a foot of fuel tubing to make 6 minutes.
My Maxpower .12 3port Massimo Fantini tuned engine will last over 7 minutes with no problem. My Novarossi NS12S3A1 will do over 8. All of these are with race conditions since I do race my car.
The pipe will also afect fuel consumption. Conical pipes provide the best power band but also have a tendency to affect fuel economy as well.
I would think that in a parking lot situation, I would tune differently and get different results but as a general rule of thumb, you should expect at least 6 minutes from an average .12 engine when racing and maybe a little more in the parking lot. As I said, it depends on tune and your trigger finger as well.
