The pins I was joking about? You need to get with the program.

Here's a picture of my T-Maxx:

Notice the front and rear body clips. What do they look like to you? Do they look like something I described in my previous post? Do they go from post-to-post across the body?

WHY, YES! THEY DO!

The body post holes do need to line up. You can either modify the existing posts or buy any adjustable set and turn them so that the holes line up. While this set-up works pretty well on just about every T-Maxx body out there, it may not work so well on some of your on-road racers and some of the smaller truck bodies.

Furthermore....

Here's a link to a set you can buy from TowerHobbies:

I got mine at my LHS, but recheck my thread. I posted a link to some from Tower, and they claim early April for availability.

missed it first time thx didnt load for some reason computer still acting funny

skymaxx, thats why I said "maybe joking". I'v never heard of such things. I thought maybe you were being sarcastic. my bad. I'd have to change body posts to use them. good idea though

No problem. Glad to pass something "new" on. I find this style body clip to be very useful. Two quick pulls and the body is ready to come off.
