Passed up a huge possum in the middle of the road the other morning. Think it was pretty fresh.
I was in a hurry to get to work, so I didn't stop. I did think about Rolex though. The last one he fixed on the grill was "fall off the bone tender."
Man, nothing like fresh possum cooked over an open fire, a cold Coors and a shot or 2 of shine.

Most of the roads by you are dirt and that ADDS to the flavor.
