FAST! lol

Where do you mean? Straightaway or on a course? Anywhoo, I wonder if WPR is going to try a speed test on the evo...he's got one and i'd like to see what he can do (especially after the whole 101.7mph super nitro thing).

There are several types of speed. Speed on a track (low laptimes) straight away speed and perceived speed. Which are you aiming towards.

I'm going to start racing what engine should i use that will look really good on the car

Looking really good in the car wont do diddly squat for your lap time.

Please do us a favor and "Spend Some Time" thinking about your questions before you post. We are more then glad to help you out but you need to do a little self help to ask the proper questions.

I would suggest the OS 12tz 3 port. I goes for about $229 on tower. LHS prices may be cheaper. Shop around first. Tuning is great with this engine. It makes some serious power, enough power to hang with the higher priced italian engines when driven and tuned correctly. It is also a ROAR legal 12 engine.

Glad you're thinking about starting racing but before you do, go to the track to get a feel of it. Observe the attitude of the crowd on a normal race day. Take note of what car's are more popular out there. Main reason I say this is so you're not overwhelmed the first day out.

I also say this because even though the evo is a popular car for the beginner, it's also not a popular car for racing. I am sure you will be fine using it in the beginning, which is great. You'll learn how to race but will soon start eyeing a more suitable car to compete with during a race.

AND as eddy stated, looking good won't do anything. Good match for budget and/or driving skills is more important.
