I have a Rustler and it's certainly hard to control on pavement. I have a hard time trying to keep the front wheels on the ground.

How do you keep your front end down?

i feather the throttle so it pulls a wheelie straight with out hopping aroundthen i slow it down turn it around and repeat:w00t:

You seem to be running the 2.5. If this is the case, you will be pulling wheelies non-stop. As stated above, feather the trigger to allow some speed before going WOT. Also, a good set of aluminum wheels or placing the battery pack up front can stop this from happening. The link below is by far the best aluminum wheels for the Rustler.

Thanks for the suggestions! Maybe I'll try to move the battery pack.

i can't even get my truck to wheelie if i tried with a 12tr :(
i want to show off dammit! bah

I think the 2.5 is way too much for that car. A friend has one, and when he's running at a good speed, then hits full throttle, it will still wheelie and flip on it's back. It gets too much air underneath when it's running fast. He even put lead 1:1 wheel weights on the front, but it still needed more. To avoid dead weight, move your battery pack as far forward as you can. You might also want to change your shock setup after doing that.

Gotta love the power. I have an all aluminum and carbon fiber setup now. I'd be lucky to pull a wheelie now. Would probably have to tighten the slipper all the way down. Could imaging what the gears would look like after though...haha.
